We respect your privacy and process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website and to handle your enquiries. This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server; no data is transferred to third-party providers in the process.

3. Provision of the website and server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and without errors. The log files are deleted automatically as soon as they are no longer required for this purpose.

Hosting and email provider: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with this provider.

4. ‘Request collaboration’ enquiry form

If you use the enquiry form, we process the data you provide: the service areas you are interested in, details about your company (company name, industry, size, location, website), your project, budget and time frame, and your contact details (name, position, email address, phone number, preferred method of contact). We need the details marked with * in order to process your enquiry.

The purpose is to process your enquiry and to initiate a possible collaboration. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request) and your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Your details are sent to us by email. In addition, we send an automatic confirmation of receipt to the email address you provided. If you withdraw your consent, we will delete your enquiry unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

To protect against misuse (e.g. large numbers of automated enquiries), we store a pseudonymised, irreversible hash of your IP address and your email address for a maximum of one hour. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in protecting the form against spam.

The controller is a company based in the United Arab Emirates; your enquiry is processed there. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for the UAE.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details in order to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request is aimed at concluding a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). These enquiries are also processed by us in the United Arab Emirates.

6. Recipients

We do not sell your personal data, nor do we pass it on for advertising purposes. The only recipients are our hosting and email provider acting as a processor (see section 3) and, where necessary, bodies to which we are required to transfer data on the basis of legal obligations.

7. Retention period

If no collaboration comes about, we delete enquiries as soon as they have been fully dealt with, and no later than six months after the end of our communication. If a contract is concluded, we store the data for the duration of the collaboration. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

You have the right at any time to

• information about your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
• object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).

You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future, for example by email to info@visonten.com. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
